I like how they provide quality protein for a discount. But, I don’t like how long it takes to receive the protein. Their shipping really is their weak point which is disappointing. I now have to order 15 days before I think i’m going to need protein (For Standard Shipping 1-10 days). Even when I pay for 1-7 day shipping, I get an email saying it shipped exactly 7 days after I ordered it. Why even say 1-7 when in reality it’s 10 days until I receive it because I now have to wait for the package to actually get here after it’s shipped? It’s almost like they wait the last second to send it. I just don’t get it and I hope this gets fixed.

I used $20 fastest shipping (1-4 days) for the ZF goat colostrum and it's going to take 11 days. I emailed them about a refund for the fast shipping and haven't gotten a response. I have Crohn's, which this product helps at least ease my mind about (and plan on ordering as much as possible since I've felt improvements here and there), so going so long without it isn't a great feeling. I ordered with 1-7 day shipping last time, and got it pretty late, too, possibly a day or so earlier even than with the 1-4 day shipping. Each time during these two orders, I feel like I had to email them each time before they shipped it out—though this could've been coincidence (and thus maybe they haven't acknowledged me writing to them). I thought about giving 2/5 stars for service, if it wasn't for feeling good about the product, etc.

I've been a subscriber for a year so far. And have used PF on and off since 2010. However I have to disconnect the subscription due to the severe delay in shipping. I have 10lbs that have been "processing for over 25 business days". What this means is that I've been out if protein for 1/2 a month and had to purchase Walmart alternatives while I wait. Which also means.... the few bucks I had saved over the past year was nullified. As far as Costumer Service, its mostly good. I have good responses from previous disputes. But other times... radio silence now its one of those times. 2x 5lb Wisconsin Protein have not shipped, but the charges were made on schulde on 14 Feb 2023.

Orders are received quickly but shipping takes way too long

I placed an order and received an automated response stating the order was received. Five days later and still no receipt or shipping confirmation so I texted (because that's all you can do to communicate) asking about my tracking number. They sent a picture of a USPS tracking label with a return address of an apartment! Two days later I checked the tracking number, and it is no good. At this point I have lost any and all faith in this seemingly one-person show working out of an apartment. There is no telling what is in the product. They claim to have a truly 100% hydrolyzed protein. At this point I believe it's a scam or an extremely poor business model. I demanded a refund. Still waiting for that too.

Would have given 5 Stars but.. 1) The bags that the supplements come in are very cheap and do not close properly. Each of the bags when I had opened them, the “locks” that would typically secure the bag closed came undone and they could no longer close moving forward. Unfortunately I have had to keep all of the bags closed with some form of “chip clip”. 2) Not all of the supplements come with some form of “scooper”. That is very inconvenient as we all know. I think all would agree that with how expensive protein factory supplements are, they should be able to provide us those two very minimal things. Other than those two grievances the products have been great.

I didn't receive all the items I ordered. I sent an email to the company informing them but haven't received any response.
