They are some friendly people they help me out with anything that I need and take the time to explain to me what's going on and they let me know like if any thing going on at my house or like if I make a mistake and hit the wrong button on my alarm system.

We like Protection One because of the ease at which we can set our alarm. By the key fob, or the digit alarm keypad. It is a very secure program. Every time I go to my daughters home and she has ADT, I set off the alarm because the keypad is very small, hard to read. It is not an interacting key pad. My son-n-law gets the call from ADT and he has to tell ADT that's its his crazy mother-n-law that can't work a keypad. I tell him "I don't have a problem with mine". Thank you. Vickie

This is the worst possible service and support imaginable. Why do you keep calling me and asking for money when you cancelled the contract (after providing literally no service or support) and refunded my initial deposit? Keep up with the threats and I'll hire an attorney and sue you. That's not a threat.

Michelle did a great job with my questions and she gave me options for the solution. I appreciate the time she gave me to explain how your billing works with new installs. I would recommend that your system be real time and not have to play catch up on the next month with the refund on previous property. It was a shock to see a $203 charge when I was only expecting a $58.95 charge.

Did not follow up and install smoke alarm as promised. Had contact from Michael a couple of times and then he didn't call with final info. It's a long time but I will change to another company when my contract expires. I liked your service and after 7 years as a customer renewed in my new home. Now I have no smoke alarm. I regret not calling ADT who already had the house wired.
