Thoroughly satisfied with the rep, the tech, and the equipment!

The sales representative was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The system and service is exactly what I wanted. However, the installation did leave somethings to be desired. While the installation team was courteous and respectful, I didn't realize until they departed the mess they left behind in my basement after installing/re-modifying the control box. What was once a neat box attached to a wall with a door that closed is now a disorganized mess with exposed wires connected to a motherboard. They took the box off and left the old pieces scattered on a shelf and floor.

I am very satisfied with Protection 1, from the initial call to get a system all the way down to the finalization of installing and completion. Just absolutely AWESOME

Great people to deal with however equipment sucks cameras are terrible quality stick out like a soar thumb thermostat works half the time as well as front door lock and techs are terrible to deal with if protection 1 had better equipment and better techs would be #1 easy

The service is great since I switched from another competitor and the service that I receive is great. The representatives are on the job whenever I call I am so glad that I switched

(++) The installation was very smooth, and the local representatives are wonderful. (--) The internal/administrative communication at the sales and account management levels need drastic improvement. I've placed two phone calls that were never returned. Often, I feel like the reps are following a script and no one is listening to specific needs or corrections to their errors. (+) Technically this is a great system and service. I love the interactive interface. The text alerts are a great concept and are wonderful when working properly (currently is inconsistent with executing messaging triggers).
