I have been to a lot of therapists in my life before my autism diagnosis. The sessions I’ve had with my new Prosper therapist have been some of the most impactful and immediately actionable therapy sessions I’ve ever had, and very neuro-affirming.

They made insurance, scheduling, and finding the right clinician way less stressful & overwhelming than most providers. My experience was very positive and I am grateful for their commitment to accessibility and ND affirming care.

Everything about my experience with this company has been phenomenal. I was able to get my insurance verified right at the beginning so I knew what my assessment would cost, and it was really easy to find a provider as well. It was important to me to find someone who was also a part of the lgbtqia+ community. Once I found someone I thought would be a good fit the scheduling was really flexible as well. I was also able to have an open chat line with my provider between sessions as I was able to remember more which was extremely helpful. I’m so incredibly happy.

I had been struggling with my mental health for years. I always thought I was just anxious for whatever reason. Then, after a vert particular episode, it was suggested that I be assessed for autism and ADHD. Trying to find an in-person autism assessment facility for adults in TN is extremely difficult. Luckily, I found Prosper, and they were able to do the assessment through three 90-minute online sessions. I just wanted answers, and they were able to provide that. I've been working with a therapist through their service ever since, and I've been making more progress than I ever had.

This company is one of the most transparent and neuro-affirming companies I have known! The customer service and communication with updates is superb, the transparent billing estimates prior to appointments helps ease the mind, and the specialists are understanding, attentive, and professional. I am so grateful for the doctor who diagnosed me and for taking the time to delve deep into areas where I mask to uncover what was actually going on. I actually wound up tearing up at the end because of how positive and validating the whole experience was. If you have any curiosity about autism, definitely give Prosper Health a chance. Cannot overstate how grateful I am for you guys, thank you!!!
