An Australian working for a global tech company diagnosed late in life for level 1 on the spectrum. Was struggling at work, overwhelmed, filled with anxiety wondering what was wrong with me. Kat Schifano deserves ALLOT of credit for answering questions and setting the expectations right even before the diagnosis result interview. Working with Julia Saenz (my psychologist) was in such a safe, calming space never at all felt any fear or anxiety. The confirmed diagnosis was a huge relief to me and looking back at my childhood piecing together pieces having better clarity as to why. Now with an official label I can work with getting work accommodations needed. This diagnosis is worth every single cent for those who also seeking validation and can not highly recommend Prosper Health enough. If you have sought out research and see many traitors you associate yourself with being on the spectrum just get an assessment here…!!!

Easy to schedule. I liked how many reminders I got to complete all the preparation steps required because I can be forgetful. I really liked working with Sonya and felt very comfortable being upfront with her during our discussion with zero judgement and I love that during the feedback session I got recommendations for support and was introduced to the discord channel.

I've been doing therapy with Prosper for a year now, and it has been such a great investment. In the span of twelve months, I've grown in ways I thought impossible as an AUDHD person. My therapist cultivates a truly validating experience, all the while providing insight and tips to help me thrive beyond our sessions. She understands the neurodivergent experience because she lives it every day - and THAT is what makes Prosper so impactful. Diagnosed or not, I highly recommend Prosper as a safe place to heal and explore what life truly has to offer you as a neurodivergent person. You'll be pleasantly surprised to find that there's a place for you here -- maybe even as surprised as me. :)

ProsperHealth does an excellent, very careful, diagnosis - summarized in a very complete (15 pages in my case) diagnostic report. The counseling they have provided is top notch as well. Highly recommended!
