Easy access to all Great communication Easy process

I appreciate that my assessment and therapy were covered by my insurance and was easy to navigate. The biggest benefit to me though was finding a therapist that was perfect for me.

Easy, good communication, straight forward, insurance covered

I found out about adult autism diagnosis through Prosper Health in an instagram ad. I was incredulous, but I tried it out anyway. I am so glad I did! Every step of the way was easy to navigate, I felt seen and respected the whole time, and the resources Prosper provides are useful and plentiful.

Finding an autism assessment as a 37 year old was challenging. I was lucky that my insurance entirely covered the cost. The assessment itself was rigorous and required information from someone who knew me as a young child and someone who knows me now as well as my own input. It was exhausting and challenging but worth it. I feel seen and heard.

This is a really accessible service for adults who may not otherwise be able to have access to assessment and care. The entire process was respectful, affirming, and as accommodating to low energy as possible. Of course any assessment has some stress, but I feel like Prosper takes every measure to not add to that in any way.

It was very easy process.
