This is an amazing company to go to for adult autism diagnoses. If you have a comorbid diagnosis, are female, LGBTQ, or have other thing that would make the assessment "difficult" based on traditional diagnostic views, Prosper has you covered. They really try and see the whole person through the entire process. After assessment, you are provided a ton of resources both through/related to them and elsewhere for information and community as you learn more about yourself. 10/10 would recommend. Flexible, helpful, easy. 27, Trans man, comorbid ADHD, and former gifted student.

Faith is an amazing psychologist that did a great job with my assessments. She is very compassionate and understanding.

As an adult female, I had been through a previous assessment and felt totally and utterly dismissed. They literally said in their report they thought I exaggerated how bad my symptoms were and I needed better anxiety medications. Throughout the years my sensory issues have become overwhelming and masking became more evident and taxing on my body. My assessment with Prosper is the first time someone has ever asked the “why” and “how” questions to figure out how my brain worked. My sessions were extremely thorough, and I felt absolutely confident that, regardless of the results, they would be accurate. I did end up receiving an autism diagnosis, and, for the first time in my life, understood myself on another level. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear and open, and post-diagnostic services have been extraordinarily helpful in learning more about my diagnosis and what it means for me, as well as connecting with others who share the same experiences as me. I highly, highly recommend Prosper to any adult who has wondered if an autism diagnosis fit them. Also, Prosper quoted me a price with insurance, then when insurance refused to pay it less than 24 hours prior to my assessment they honored the quoted price, which saved me nearly $900 out of pocket. I could not have proceeded with the assessment nor have received this diagnosis had they chosen to bill me the full out-of-pocket price, and for that I am extremely grateful. I can’t not speak highly enough of this company and the services they provide adults with autism.

There are two parts that compelled me to leave this review. Generally, the first being how thorough this assessment was. I really appreciate the doctor not just taking my interview into perspective, but also people from my real life. It’s quite lengthy, but it wasn’t traumatic. The in-depth nature of this assessment made me feel truly supported and makes it feel trustworthy. The second part was the doctor that did my assessment. I will forever be grateful for her presence and her keen eye. Not only did Dr. Denise Litterer gently and thoroughly explain everything but she picked up on things that I didn’t even know I was doing or masking until after the assessment when I read the report and really reflected. I’ve never felt more seen and understood in my entire life. The assessment was for clarity for myself and my family so that I can get the supports that I need but it also allowed me to feel a hole and complete like there’s not actually something wrong with me, but that’s just my brain functioning different differently and that’s OK. After the assessment, the doctor wrote up her report and it took a few days, but then I got the full several paged detailed report that I had access to from the portal. So here is actually the third reason that this is a phenomenal company… Not only is all of that supportive during the assessment. But through the portal, there is a chat so that I can directly communicate with the doctor. There’s also free support groups provided by Prosper Health that’s accessible through the portal and then the cherry on top is that they actually offer a little bit of help for accommodations. They are so helpful and compassionate and understanding and professional. I just really can’t say enough positive things about this experience. All forever be grateful for that feeling of being seen and understood and then I will also always be grateful for the extended support and help. Truly worth every penny - it wasn’t covered by insurance, but really it’s worth saving up for. I haven’t done the therapy portion, but I imagine that would be the best I could get so it is on my budget list. Thank you, Prosper Health.

The process from initiation to assessment/evaluation is truly positive for neurodivergent individuals. Their communication methods are very helpful. I was able to text several questions prior to assessment with quick and kind response from Michelle. Dr. Flor was great throughout the process. I felt heard and understood and am grateful for my experience with Prosper Health.

The system is very user friendly, and my clinician was patient and easy to talk to. I would recommend this service.
