My assessor was very kind and explained everything thoroughly.

I often struggle to set appointments, but from start to finish, Prosper Health made it easy. I could read all the bios of the assessors, and then chose one that seemed like a good fit for me (and she was)! They show their availability on their bio pages which is helpful. They send emails/texts as appointment reminders, and logging on for an appointment was as simple as clicking the email link (so I didn’t have to download apps or get new logins/passwords for everything). Everything went exactly as they said it would. It’s the best healthcare interaction I’ve experienced.

I met with Dr. Hanako Baker... she was very easy to talk to and very patient and accomodating. I really appreciated her kindness and making the whole process so painless. The scheduling and intake staff were also very responsive and super helpful when putting together the intake paperwork... if I had a question, they'd get back to me at least within the hour, but more often their response was immediate.

The therapist I'm working with is so perfect for what I need right now. After my recent autism diagnosis, I felt a little lost. The guidance from my therapist is helping me find my way. I am really glad to be using Prosper Health.

My experience has been wonderfully helpful, insightful, and encouraging.
