I felt like the assessment was professional and thorough. I felt listened to and the process was explained with ease. I highly recommend Dr. Cao. She was friendly, personable and direct.

It was a wonderful experience. The assessor was fantastic as she made me feel comfortable. Speaking to her and communicating was easy and open. I was able to express myself in a way that I dont get to often. The only issue I had was getting ROIs or supporting documents to those individuals that I chose to provide information regarding my assessment. The emailing system was not ideal. Overall a wonderful experience. Also a good pair of ear buds helped the experience. Highly recommended.

They make it super easy to do everything, set up appointments, change doctors, and they even match you with doctors based on your prefrences

The person who did my diagnosis was very caring and kind. They walked me through it step by step.

Actually knew anything about autism. I had a suspicion since elementary school of autism. People would get mad at me for even wondering and say I’m attention seeking or that I’m just bored. These people listened to me and actually diagnosed me. Finally an answer. It shouldn’t have taken 20 years for this to happen but I’m glad it happened at all thanks to prosper :)
