Dr. Anderton was the perfect fit for me. She was warm, safe, and positive. She really made me feel calm especially during the interviews and diagnosis process. She was super supportive. I was overwhelmed, but her reassurance that my feelings were valid made a huge shift in how I look at myself. She made all my negatives beliefs about myself more positive now. I finally feel seen for the first time in 52 years. She made me feel special, not broken. She went over and beyond to help me process and coordinate care for myself that she knew was important for me. I would recommend her and trust her with my closest friends.

The convenience and ease of getting the initial assessment as well as connected with a therapist honestly blew my mind. I fully expected to have to jump through hoops to get to speak with someone and that definitely wasn’t the case. Additionally, the ability to choose my psychologist and therapist made it feel like I could find persons who would understand some of the issues I face as a member of the LGBTQ+ community.

The service was helpful and clear. All of the instructions and material they provided helped me be prepared for the evaluation and did a great job of changing the unknown into he known.
