I chose Prosper Health because my insurance covered the assessment and therapy and because of the convenience of being online. The experience has exceeded my expectations. I was able to choose my assessor, and then therapist, based on their approach, availability, etc. and set up times that worked for me. I like that they offer group support as well and I will be attending an online post-diagnosis session next week.

Easy to set-up, clear and accurate pricing, and lots of support throughout and after the process. My assessment professional was incredibly kind and helpful and prosper made the process easy to navigate and accessible.

Made the process super straightforward. During the third meeting, they walk you through each part of the diagnostic criteria and talk about how your personal experiences match the criteria. A few days later I got sent a very detailed report about my diagnosis, which I could easily send to psychologists and doctors. They also will write an accommodations letter for you for college or your workplace.

My psychiatrist made me feel i was in good hands - safe - and heard. I felt it was worth the money and the time. Now I hope that my therapist does the same, although he seems young and not as established or experienced in what I might need - wee will see.
