I had a pretty great experience with Prosper Health and I would recommend them to others. The process was clear and easy get through. It was tedious at first but they, real humans, communicate very well with you to make sure to have everything you need on time. They are very clear about their payment/insurance structure and you get to choose your own provider. I love that each professional had a bio and a description of their practice. Dr. Thompson was exceptional and extremely supportive throughout my assessment. If you are looking for a quality telehealth experience and company, Prosper Health may be the answer for you.

The process was quick and thorough. Annie was wonderful to talk to and cared about all my concerns and listened to what I haven't ever been able to tell anyone who would listen before. Now I know more about how I see the world and it helps having a partner in therapy too.

Prosper Health and Dr K.O. far exceeded my expectations. This assessment and diagnosis was so straightforward and transparent that it really helped me navigate the emotions of taking this step. Each session was precisely 90 minutes, starting and ending on time. The evaluation at the end was exactly 45 minutes, starting and ending on time. I was charged precisely what I was advised I'd owe. I particularly like this company's commitment to hiring professionals who have personal experience with neurodivergence; whether someone in their life or they themselves. As for my experience, the psychologist I had my assessment with was wonderful. I felt safe enough to not need to consciously mask, and both seen and understood. It's also wonderful that a neuro-affirming DSM5 assessment rubric is used. In cases such as abuse and/or late diagnosis, masking can become largely second-nature. Accounting for masking and subtler signs of divergence ensures high-masking individuals receive the support they need. Particularly vulnerable/at-risk individuals who may feel unsafe unmasking. Finally, the fact that Prosper Health is able to provide these services via telehealth, was incredibly helpful. Not only does my local area lack similar resources for adult assessment and therapy; there is also virtually zero public transport, limited to bus routes within the urban core. For me, the nearest stop is a 3mi walk along low-visibility backroads with zero sidewalks and runs a limited schedule. Even if there were resources available to me, I would not be able to independently access them. Overall, I think Prosper Health is simultaneously improving standards of care for neurodivergent folk alongside access to said care. Insurance coverage is good, pricing is transparent, and I had an excellent experience. My only memorable complaints are needing to login via an email link each time and not being able to remove added payment methods, preference-based and essentially non-issues. I'd absolutely recommend prosper to someone if they approached me looking for resources.

Very well organized, fast appointments and results, safe environment. Very professional. You don´t have the stress of driving somewhere else and stay in an uncomfortable space for hours. And there is a big offer of support after the results.
