The insurance and scheduling process was easy. Dr. Newberry was great. Very professional but also friendly, she made the appointments seem quick.

My insurance covered all but $15 total for the entire process. I had fought for an in person evaluation somewhere else that would be an hour and a half drive from me, only for them to tell me that I would have to pay $2,400 out of pocket. Not for Prosper Health. Way cheaper, and also from the comfort of my own home. Not only that, but they worked with me so easily and so fast and the doctor I had, Dr. Dolores, was SO kind and so nice to work with. I was so nervous every session but he did everything he could to help me stay calm. I finally got the diagnosis I was looking for and I am SO GLAD I went through Prosper Health!!!!

This was a life changing moment for me. Mr. James was a great person to communicate with and providing me with a lot of resources to use in the future.

After spending years wondering why certain things felt harder for me than they seemed to for other people, I finally decided to pursue an autism evaluation. Dr. Sean Leonard made that process feel comfortable, validating, and respectful from start to finish. He took the time to really listen, asked thoughtful questions, and looked at the whole picture of my life rather than focusing on a checklist. I never felt dismissed or rushed. His report was incredibly detailed and helped me better understand myself in ways I hadn’t before. Whether someone ultimately receives an autism diagnosis or not, I think everyone deserves to be evaluated by someone who approaches the process with this level of professionalism and care. I’m very grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Dr. Leonard to anyone seeking an adult autism assessment.

It was easy to navigate the site and there was plenty of information prior to the first visit. The emails they need to remind you of your appointments was also considerate. I did find the late appointment time and early appointment time to be initially off putting. Either it was availability or by design, but regardless, it was effective to get an accurate portrayal of how I operate outside of comfortable hours when I normally socialize. So in the end I respect that decision even if it was not intentional and it is a minor issue that was almost not worth mentioning as the services received were exceptional from a clinical and professional standpoint. Would recommend if I meet anyone I think needs the service. Thank you for your attention on this matter and asking for my opinion.

I've had several epiphanies in working with my therapist in the short time I've been with prosper health. He's been the right fit for me. I like how easy it was to get in with proper health too.
