I highly recommend prosper health! From my evaluation to the therapy sessions it has been wonderful!

My therapist assessment skills were accurate. She was kind, displayed exemplary listening skills, and showed compassion throughout the assessment. She was professional and timely. I believe her dx was accurate as I too am a therapist and I wanted solid confirmation of my symptoms.

It’s was easy to book the appointment and covered by insurance. The staff was lovely.

The assessment process was very straightforward. I appreciated that the topic areas were provided ahead of time so I could write down thoughts and ideas I wanted to include in the conversation. Also, when I aired concerns about one of my survey takers potentially not answering fully, I was given the opportunity to find a tertiary participant to provide feedback.

My assessment was a very smooth, reassuring experience. While I was absolutely stressed and overwhelmed my assessor was calm and warm, she made sure I felt like I said everything I wanted to and was really easy to talk to. I've started therapy now as well and so far that's going really well too.

Prosper Health has treated me with nothing but respect. They are just the best in every way.

Dr. Palmer was an amazing evaluator and made my experience very comfortable, conversational and clear. She lead the appointments more as a conversation than an evaluation. Her final report was thorough, very informative and impressed both my therapist and psychiatrist in its detail. I very much appreciate her efforts! She is an asset to Prosper Health!
