Overall experience Deciding to get assessed for autism as an adult is a difficult thing. My experience with Prosper was really positive because they filled a challenging moment of my life with care and thoughtfulness. From the easy to navigate website, accepting my insurance, wide appointment availability, Kat from customer service who helped me with every question I had, Larissa who was incredible to even messaging me (idk if automated, bot or what not but honestly it didn’t matter) the day after my feedback session to see how I was doing. I’m learning about autism and telling others about my experience with getting diagnosed as an adult and how much Prosper made a difference in the process. Assessment Larissa truly listened to everything I had to say and during the feedback session played back the relevant parts word by word. I’ve never felt so heard before. She was kind, attentive and gentle, making it really easy to open up to her.

My assessor was incredible! I truly felt seen and understood by her. I was nervous because it’s hard for AFAB adults to be understood when it comes to autism testing, but I struck gold! What I loved most was that Prosper Health tells you your cost up front so you don’t face surprise fees, they don’t have crazy wait lists like most places, and they make you feel fully prepared going into your evaluation appointments. Thank you!!!
