Easy scheduling process, thorough assessments, and a helpful feedback session. Very kind personnel. All around a good experience. I would recommend them to anyone that has been wanting or needing an assessment.

It was so easy to set up the appointment. They were covered by my insurance. It was virtual appointments. The psychiatrist was so nice. No waiting lists, not super expensive. Three visits, the first two are 90 minutes and the last one is 45 minutes. My co pay was $30 each appointment with my insurance.

I had an excellent experience with Prosper Health throughout my autism assessment and diagnosis. The entire process was professional, thorough, and made me feel heard instead of judged. As someone who was diagnosed later in life, it meant a lot to have clinicians who took the time to truly listen and understand my experiences. I especially want to recognize Lisa Hensley, who was outstanding. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and compassionate throughout the assessment process. She created an environment where I felt comfortable being myself, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. Her kindness and professionalism made what could have been a very overwhelming experience feel safe and validating. I’ve also really enjoyed my first therapy session through Prosper Health and am looking forward to my second session. It’s reassuring to know that the support doesn’t end with the diagnosis. Another thing I’ve found incredibly helpful is Prosper Health’s post-diagnosis group calls and the educational videos they provide afterward explaining autism. Those resources have helped me better understand myself and what autism actually looks like in adulthood, and they’ve made the transition after diagnosis much easier. Overall, I highly recommend Prosper Health to anyone seeking an autism evaluation or ongoing support. The assessment was thorough, the staff have been compassionate and knowledgeable, and the continued resources and therapy have made me feel supported every step of the way. I love Monica she was amazing and thorough and took care of so many of my questions. I felt comfortable sharing my experiences with her and she even gave me after care with free resources to help me on my journey with understanding my diagnosis.
