Prosper Health makes it possible to learn more about myself. I am an adult and I was surprised to learn that it was possible to access an affordable assessment, covered by my insurance, on my own schedule. I was able to choose a professional who had appointments available outside of my working hours and who was flexible in scheduling the initial and second appointments as well as the call to discuss the findings. Additional resources (therapy, support groups) were offered. This has been a very positive experience.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Stephen Lange and the entire autism evaluation process through Prosper Health. Dr. Lange was calm, kind, and easy to talk to. He made me feel comfortable throughout the evaluation and helped me recognize patterns in my behavior and experiences that I had not fully understood before. The overall process was very straightforward, and the app was extremely user-friendly. Even someone who is not technically inclined should be able to move through the steps without difficulty. My only criticism is that the evaluation is very lengthy, but the scheduled time can still feel limited. At times, I wanted more opportunity to give context or fully explain my answers. Dr. Lange was transparent about the time constraints and let me know when we needed to keep the conversation moving, which I understood. Even with that limitation, I still felt heard and treated with respect. I have avoided seeing almost any kind of doctor since I was 15 years old, and I am now 42. I have significant trauma connected to institutions and medical settings, so completing this evaluation was a major step for me. The fact that Dr. Lange made me feel safe enough to complete the process says a great deal about his approach. Overall, the experience was professional, compassionate, organized, and validating. I am grateful for the care Dr. Lange showed me and for the clarity I gained through the evaluation.

It was so easy to navigate the website and I really appreciate the options given to find the perfect fit for my journey. I will continue to recommend Prosper Health for those on the spectrum or suspecting to be.

Insurance submission and scheduling were easy and convenient. I was able to see a therapist very quickly, the assessment process felt thorough but comfortable, and the therapist was friendly and informative. Follow-up care and referrals were readily accessible, and overall the entire experience has been great.
