From choosing a therapist, to the sessions, to completing the assessment, everything was easy to navigate. What to expect and cost were clearly outlined and communication was throughout!

Any time I reach out for a problem or question, Prosper Health responds quickly and with options for me in order to go solve my problems. I had decided my current therapist wasn't a good fit and they asked me questions about what I would prefer and then they gave me options to choose from. So far I feel much more connected to my therapist!

It was wonderful to finally understand how my brain works and to receive validation for something I suspected about myself, especially being a mom to two Autistic boys. The process wasn't as intense as I imagined due to the calm and kind nature of my doctor. I am excited to read my report and to continue exploring myself in depth like Ive always craved and imagined. I am forever grateful for Prosper for giving me something Ive tried seeking before and was laughed at in tje past left believe I was broken. Now, being accepted and listened to with this profesional full evaluation I see I wasnt the problem it was my previous providers lack of expertise but thanks to them taking the time and putting these ads out there more women like me can feel safe and seen enough to seek a diagnosis . Making the appointment was simple and insurance was checked prior to appointment being scheduled. I liked the ability to pick who I was going to see and ultimately was very happy with my doctor. I felt the assessment was in depth and open.

Getting an appointment was quick and easy, and reminder emails helped me prepare for the assessment. It was three parts and my clinician was on-time for each one. She was incredibly kind and professional, checking in with me regularly to see if I had questions. All of the materials I've received have been high quality and clearly written and provide explanations for every step before, during, and after the assessment. Depending on the results, you receive helpful materials, accommodation letters, and even have access to free education seminars.

It was easy to set up, my evaluator was kind and patient. Every things was on time, and judgment free.
