They were very helpful and helping me get my diagnosis. What has not been helpful is I've waited almost 2 months to get my report and their customer service response times are horrendous. It shouldn't take weeks to get a response for a simple request for a report. Prosper health has been absolutely terrible and responding to emails responding inside of the platform in a timely fashion.

David was very good in his evaluation. Personable, very knowledgeable, and efficient. The whole interview process was pleasant. It was particularly nice that we both have backgrounds in quantitative analysis.

A couple confusing bumps that were easily resolved with the support team, otherwise a very smooth experience that only costed $60.

My experience was great because I was able to understand the questions I was being asked.

Dr. Sonya is friendly and professional. I didn’t give five stars because it seemed Dr. Sonya couldn’t see all documents I uploaded for her reference. She only could see a few.

I enjoyed my experience with the psychologist doing the assessment, and I appreciate how she prioritizes getting the written report to clients at the same time she shares results. However, my psychiatrist is critical of the rigor of the assessment. He said that not all ratings scales were used compared to the typical autism assessment reports that he's seen. He told me that if this diagnosis was helpful to me, that was all that mattered, but now I am wondering if he genuinely believes if this was an accurate diagnosis or not.
