My evaluator, Dr. Alexis Hahn, was phenomenal. She conducted a thorough, multi-session clinical assessment that truly understood the nuances of adult high-masking, executive fatigue, and how autism intersects with conditions like ADHD and trauma. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or spoken down to — I felt genuinely heard and evaluated as an entire person. The resulting diagnostic report was delivered promptly, incredibly detailed (over 25 pages), and included extensive, actionable guidance for workplace accommodations, therapy modalities, and medical coordination. Very affirming, my clinician was so kind, through, let cry, stim, etc. Probably the first time since childhood where I felt like I could completely unmask in front of a stranger. My assessment was incredibly detailed and thoughtful. They don't just talk to you and make a decision. There is a testing process and it isn't just a one and done. They also offer support after diagnosis. Ellie was incredibly thorough. They are also very warm and easy to answer comfortably to.
