The service is very easy to use. I was recommended a great therapist and I love the discord. My only suggestion would be to have a feature that checks in once a month with a client specifically asking them how satisfied they are with their therapist and if they are thinking of switching or have requests for improvement (I know someone who said they were not happy with their therapist but never got around to switching and eventually canceled anyways for financial reasons).

It was a great experience. Really felt like my voice was heard. Plus the insurance covered! It's amazing to finally be able to have resources available for neurodivergent adults.

My psychiatrist was amazing and she took her time explaining every question she went over to make sure I I understood everything we went over. I have referred several people to prosper health so they can too get the help they need.
