From first contact to prosper everything went smoothly and was clearly explained to me. I understood my insurance coverage and any financial obligations although it was fully covered. My provider was amazing for all 3 appointments. I felt heard and understood even when I struggled with sharing too much or too little. If she needed more information she asked the question another way. I love the support provided after from the discord, to the weekly groups on major topics and the initial post diagnosis group. Due to some changes in insurance and knowledge on my end I was unable to seek therapy through prosper but may in the future. Overall would highly recommend prosper. True professionals!

When I first approached prosper, I did not know what to expect because I was not in control of what was written or what was discussed , but it was very helpful because they thoroughly explained the process as well as my diagnosis. i felt listened to and respected and not judged and I could not recommend them more highly.

My psychologist Ryan was wonderful! He made the whole experience feel safe and free of judgment, and he let me go at a pace that was comfortable for me; I never felt rushed to finish answering a question. The pre-assessment questionaires were also great; they were very thorough and easy to complete. Great experience overall!

Prosper Health led with care and attentiveness, which was really affirming, especially thinking of the tumultuous landscape neurodivergent folks have to navigate, especially regarding an adult/late autism diagnosis.

Chelsee Osback, PhD was incredibly professional, accommodating, and thorough. Chelsee never left me wondering what direction the session was going in and instead provided skeleton timelines for our sessions. Chelsee answered any questions I had with clear and direct answers. I feel confident in my diagnosis and Chelsee's practice, I cannot recommend her enough as a holistic practitioner.
