Speaking from my point of view, I only have good things to say about Prospect Mortgage. My refinance was handle professionally, timely, and went very smoothly. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, courteous, and answered any questions or concerns I had, no matter how many times they must have heard it before. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if the situation presented itself.

My husband and I have now done 4 loans with Prospect Mortgage. I have had major issues in the past with Chase trying to get a loan. If you are smart, stick with the people whose business is to make loans not find a reason to turn you down and create mounds of unnecessary paperwork. I recommend this company and our broker, Blaine, to everyone I know who needs a loan.

I refinanced my FHA loan into a conventional loan. Got a lower interest rate to boot. My APR shows that Prospect made very little off of my loan. Geo, my loan officer, was professional and communicative throughout the process. I couldn't be happier.
