Homebridge (formerly Prospect)Reviews of prospectmortgagedirect.com

Hello there Jen from Prospect, and Juli from Century 21 Wildwood worked with me diligently on this home purchase.I had gone with another agent and lender 1st, but they turned out to not be reliable or honest..Jen made it happen , and Juli went to battle with the bank on problems with the house, which the bank did take care of..Thanks to them, I am now buying a house and not paying someone else's mortgage.I would recommend them both to help you with your needs. They do care.. I was so impressed with the people and service I received the first time I purchased a home through Prospect Mortgage and didn't hesitate to contact them again when I decided to purchase a larger home. They did an equally impressive job the second time around. I plan for this to be my last home purchase but if I did it again, Prospect Mortgage would be the only one I'd purchase from again.

They made it very uncomplicated wonderful staff

They were very organized, responded immediately to any of my questions, and, accomplished what needed to get done in an efficient manner. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to purchase a home or refinance their mortgage.

They were very helpful in getting a VA loan to buy my first home. It was a pleasure working with them.

It was swell! We had fun! Buying a house isnt stressful.

Karen Gotta has been so helpful. Her knowledge and experience to get this loan closed on time was exceptional. This loan was a rush but that did not stop Karen from getting it done and going above and beyond of what was expected. With the help of the processor and everyone involved, this loan process was completed very tactically correct and buyer was so happy that they were able to close earlier than they believed it would be possible. Thank you Karen and the team for making this happened! Anita Lowe RE/MAX Direct

Nick Long was a pleasure to work with. He was always quick to return our calls and make a complex transaction easy to understand. I would recommend Nick and Prospect Mortgage to anyone who needs a true mortgage professional.
