Joe was spectacular throughout this whole process. We were first time home buyers and clueless about so many things and he took the time to explain everything in detail, with patience and in terms we could understand. We felt like we were his only clients due to his level of commitment and communication with us. I would recommend Prospect Mortgage and Joe in particular to anyone interested in purchasing a home!

From the moment I contacted Julie Chroust until signing the final documents, not a stressful moment was experienced. The entire process, complicated as it is these days, went smoother than anticipated. Julie's staff was courteous and expeditious. I certainly would recommend Prospect Mortgage to anybody in need of financing!

My name is Gregory Zmrukhtyan & I'm a Realtor at Dilbeck Real Estate. This past month, I had the opportunity to work with Claudette Khachatourian & Tamar Vartanian from Prospect Mortgage. Both Claudette & Tamar are very professional and any question(s)/request(s) I had, they got it answered or taken care of right away. Very kind people. This transaction with the Khachatourian Team was one of the smoothest transaction ever. My client & my team were very happy to work with them. I highly recommend them. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the near future!!

Rob and Lee are true lending experts. I was very satisfied how they handled my entire transaction. They always got back to me and Rob is an expert navigating through the various requeats of the underwriting process. This is my 7th loan that I have closed with the Ryan mortgage team and they are very consistent with their service. I recommend them to all of my family and friends. Thank you Rob and Lee. I appreciate everything you have done for me

My many transactions with Bobby Kayrouz and Prospect Mortgage have been filled with professionalism, expertise and closing in a timely fashion; nothing less than perfect. I have 22yrs in the business and its always difficult to trust your transactions to someone you've never used before but I took a chance on Bobby a few years ago and I'm so very glad I did. My business is based on the satisfaction of new and repeat clients and with the help of Bobby the satisfaction level is very high. I'm glad he's on my team of professionals!
