Homebridge (formerly Prospect)Reviews of prospectmortgagedirect.com

Amie Edmondson is the BEST loan officer in the business! She was able to get my clients pre-approved quickly even with all the issues we had with financing. Amie was also able to make sure things closed on time, when many times I thought there was no way. I love the fact the she kept me in the loop, and was always letting me know what was going on. Amie was able to be reached at normal times with a quick response time. I will recommend Amie to anyone I meet!

Anthony at Prospect Mortgage made my home buying experience user friendly and approachable. I am a first time home buyer and Anthony reassured me throughout the entire process of what was occurring and what I should expect. I am so glad I choose to go with them as I do not feel like anyone else would have been as responsive and helpful as they were.

We truly enjoyed working with Kelly from Prospect Mortgage. She made the entire process of getting a mortgage easy (and nobody believes this is an easy process!). Kelly is fantastic and a great communicator. We were always in the know throughout the entire process of getting a mortgage for our new house. She always made herself available to answer any questions that we had throughout the process. We can't thank her enough for all of her hard work that, in turn, made our lives much easier throughout the process. Thank you for a job well done! We would definitely recommend Kelly and Prospect Mortgage to anyone who is in the market for a mortgage! Thank you!

Troy truly is the epitome of what true customer service is in the mortgage business. Going above and beyond what is required to make this refinance as easy and seamless as it could be. He answered all questions regardless of how silly or stupid it might be. Never once making us feel that way for asking. He always was available via phone, text, or email, and even in person if you want to discuss something. This is our second time around with him and will always recommend him to anyone in the market for a loan. He IS The Money Man!!!

Jamie Presser is my go to loan officer. Highly recommend Jamie and company.

To make it easier for future customers, to maybe ask for documents up front, especially financial issues in the past..but overall it was a great experience!!!!

Our transaction with Sandy Edelstein went very smoothly and her kept us informed all the way until our loan was completed. We highly recommend Sandy,

I'm really pleased to again work w/ Prospect Mortgage and specifically with Igor Gliner as Loan Officer, I'm very satisfied with my experience when applying and getting loan for my latest home purchase in March 2016. Especially I would like to highlight Igor's key behaviors which made me happy: Clear communication, Very responsive, Pro-active, Customer focused, Very knowledgeable. Thanks, Alexander Mitaenko.
