Less Perks More Money I have been a subscriber for over 6 years. I love the products, but it feels like Prose stopped caring about us. We used to get notified when our automatic order was a few days out from processing. I would use that time to review my hair needs and/or change product fragrances. They stopped sending the reminders and there is nowhere on the subscription page to turn it back on. They also used to offer a free product after 10 items purchased. They quietly took that away without even informing us. They also used to randomly send free gifts, ie: a comb, a pocket mirror, a terry cloth head band... They stopped doing that too. They took away all the little things that made it feel like we mattered, all while continuing to raise costs every couple of years.

I appreciate your help in making sure I get the right nutritional and non damaging products for my hair. My hair has really gone down hill in the last 4 years. I attributed it to age but just recently have found out that it is nutritional deficiencies such as ferritin , vitamin D, Zinc and not enough protein. These answers can be found through blood tests believe it or not. These things all have a huge effect on iron absorption by the hair folicle. This is the reason for increasing hair accumulation in your hair brush. This info comes from a 30 year specialist and readily available. It’s not so much what we put on the outside as it is our diets. Food really is our medicine whatever condition we’re dealing with. I’m excited to try your products as well. Thanks, Cathy

I like the products, they’ve gotten more expensive and I would like to review my subscription before I’m charged every time. I don’t always need products.

I love the product and fast shipping, but the prices are too high for me.

So far so good, I needed an adjustment and it seems to be working, the scent only changed for one of the items in the recent box.
