My experiences with Prose have all been great. When I need to cancel an item, it is done so immediately. Also, when I need an item sooner, that is processed equally quickly. I appreciate the no hassle, quick customer service.

So far, I like everything except the vitamins for hair. They gave me stomachaches!

I love the customized shampoo & conditioner, the dry shampoo is great since I have long hair, the scalp mask is interesting to use due to the texture but giving great results. I’ve been using Prose for close to a year and I love it as much today as when I started. I’m 66 with waist length platinum/silver gray hair…..and I receive compliments about it frequently which gives me the opportunity to share Prose with everyone I meet.

I have been using Prose skin and hair products for almost 2 years now. My hair and skin are definitely better and I will continue to use the products. But, the company is difficult to work with. There is no direct contact, their questionnaires to review product satisfaction are very limited and wanting, shipping is terribly slow and I cannot get directly into my account at will; I have to request entry every time. Feeling frustrated!
