The fabric and the speeds production of the well fitting shirt

So I got a suit and a shirt from them, and my experience is a bit complicated. First off the shirt came out pretty good, and I ended up keeping it as is, without doing a refitting. The shirt was pretty nice, and decent quality. My main issue is with the suit. The first fitting, the agent was very nice and polite. I was very happy with his service. The suit itself did not come out fitting me perfectly, although for a first fitting it was pretty good. So I went for a second fitting, and they remade the jacket and fix up the pants. But, what really bothered me was the agent. She was very patronising and demeaning, and she didn't really understand what I wanted. She ended up taking in the pants too much, and the jacket didn't either come out too great. So I'm stuck with a thirteen hundred dollar suit that doesn't fit too well. And I have no patience going back to fix these issues, only to be met by some patronising agent.

This is one of the best companies. Quality is at least as good as Brooks Brothers and usually better than JCrew.

This is honestly one of the best, if not the best, internet clothing companies out there. I bought two made-to-measure shirt that didn’t fit well at first. Remakes were processed for both after receiving sizing advice and they fit very well now. The process involved in remaking, new item shipping, and sending back the original shirts was very smooth.
