The custom sizing is abysmal - I can order the same measurements in two different fabrics, and one will be 1" wider or longer than the other. This is after following their washing/drying recommendations precisely. I've returned several shirts, and every time they have confirmed the shirt was outside their accepted tolerances for measuring. If you're going to order from them, be prepared to order two shirts for each new fabric. If another store comes on the scene that has as much customization and as many fabric options for shirts, I will likely stop buying from Proper Cloth. I'm certainly going to look elsewhere for pants and jackets.

my experience before I could even order anything was nothing short of terrible. after about an hour, trying to customize my order the website restarted and did not save my choices no less than three times. i’m only giving two stars because the rep who called me was excellent, but otherwise it was a big waste of time. I submitted feedback to them and I actually got a call back the same day from an excellent rep who may have saved the sale. but I would not waste my time on their website..

Poor fit on my suit

My shirt unraveled at the seem after wearing it only a few dozen times. Proper Cloth refused to mend or replace the shirt. I expect a shirt that I pay over $100 and wear perhaps a dozen times a year to last more than a 18 months.
