PrometricReviews of prometric.com

Phone numbers are all out of service, except their line for businesses. Will not answer phones, no email or chat option. No available testing dates till OCTOBER 2020??!! But will happily take your money!

For real, this is the worst customer experience I ever encountered in my life. During the (remote) exam there were some system issues at Prometric's side, which caused that I couldn't finish my exam. So Prometric would reschedule my exam, so far so good... you think. After a week waiting I received an e-mail that my exam was rescheduled in a test centre on the other side of the world, like how?! So I e-mailed Prometric back to reschedule for a remote exam. As a response I had to contact the test owner. But if Prometric can reschedule in the first place why should I contact the test owner? Is it that hard to reschedule again, Prometric? I e-mailed again if they could give an explanation why they couldn't reschedule. They replied literaly with a copy paste of the same answer as the first email. I tried to phone the local promotric office for several times, but no one was picking up the phone! Shame on you Prometric for giving your customers the finger!

I am BEYOND angry and frustrated at how this company works. My exam was canceled due to the system being down, which is understandable. The staff at the office said Prometric will call or e-mail to reschedule and I should try my best to fit it in my schedule or else I will have to wait until October. After a few hours of waiting, I decided to take matters to my own hands. E-mailed them TWICE and was on hold for 4 hours till their closing time and no one got back to me. Also, this is the SECOND time they failed to respond to my scheduled exam.

It was without a doubt the worst exam-related experience I ever had in my entire life. Bad communication with the staff, unfair exam reservation process and unreasonnably long wait to access to the form (+5hours) for an exam we spent 1300$ each to do. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy

Worst online booking experience I ever had. Impossible to book my exam, "no dates" available for 2h of constantly refreshing and trying new dates, while some of my colleagues were still waiting to even have access to this site. All of this for an exam that cost me over 1000$. This is unacceptable.

I'm surprised they are still contracted as a testing center. Prometrics website registration is awful and constantly has issues. I have been trying for 3 days to register for an exam and continue to get the same error message. . Customer service is extremely difficult to get in contact with.

If I could give 0 starts I would right now. They listed new open test centers list and made me reschedule only to be cancelled again with not even having the option to reschedule. Customer service is only sending automatic replies and there is no other direct contact option. This is a very chaotic and frustrating system. They should be more diligent in putting a piece of information out there, instead they are careless. VERY VERY disappointing!!!!!!!!

How can this be allowed? I stayed on hold for hours to schedule my exam, and was hung up on once they hit 5pm. I called again the next day and after a two hour hold, got a scheduled test, with confirmation of the date and time. When I went to take the exam, they told me I had the wrong time and my time had expired. When I tried to chat for support, they did not respond. When I tried to call, the phone lines have been shut off. When I tried to email, my emails were blocked. I am now attempting to reschedule, going on two hours hold again, and will likely have to pay the fee again. How can they be the only testing option? How can this level of service be happening? Unbelievable. Really is unbelievable.
