This proctor testing option is a total waste of time and money! You go through long tedious security checks just to get an error message and not being able to take the test. Yall should of just kept using Pearson if yall couldn't get your s**t together!!!!!!!

Dealing with this company is a nightmare. After long periods on hold you get a person who is no help or will transfer to hold for who knows how long just to start the process all over. Going insane just trying to fix thier misspelling of my name so I know I can take my test.

Took and passed a CNA exam. Six weeks later they still have me down as a no show even though I have emailed (3times) them copies of my results from test day. I have now missed out on at least two very good job opportunities. I have also sent my resume to numerous other places to no avail because.... I am technically not a licensed CNA because of this company’s error. With today’s job market in Covid this IS NOT OK!!! Today I call, (again) wait on hold for fifteen min to be hung up on as soon as I got an operator. That was a nice start. Three times now I ask for a supervisor and the response is always “they’re all in a meeting” All of them?? So I got hung up on a few times today for calling them out on that lie and refusing to just go away. I said I’d hold as long as it takes so they hung up on me. One person even had the audacity to call me back after arguing with me and yelling at me then hanging up to ask if “I had calmed down yet?”.... Don’t want customers getting upset or yelling or getting snotty right back at you? Stop the excuses and lies and snotty comments and hanging up on them and try starting out with these simple words... “IM SO SORRY.” This has been a total nightmare! If u can test or do business ANYWHERE ELSE.... DO SO!!

Website is an absolute disaster. Cannot log in, cannot schedule etc - like wth - why they dont fix it? its been like that for a year - impossible to register or schedule. Calling them is another disaster - as they never pick up!!!

A nightmare! After 3 hours of going through the verification process, I was unable to even start my exam because the connection kept going out during the verification process. The last person to verify my information told me that since I had been trying for 3 hours and kept losing connection that I would most likely lose connection during the exam and to call a number given to me to reschedule. I called the # and was told that someone would call me back to reschedule... 3 days later and still no one has called. They basically get their money and don't care about anything that happens after that point. Communication is terrible they literally don't care about their customers. Now I have to reschedule my exam at my own expense when I didn't even get to take the exam that I already paid for!

I could not launch my certification exam through remote proctoring . There is no technical assistance even though they mention it in the guidelines for remote proctoring. I tried calling them and was on wait list for over one and a half hours which ended up being disconnected. Horrible service, I hope I can reschedule or get my refund. I doubt they have any customer service at all, Every time I have called, I have ended up being on hold for over an hour.

I called literally just now to speak with customer service about my scheduled exam that is coming up and I was on hold for 2 hours and 05 minutes before I finally hung up. I am still unable to get assistance with the issue I am having for my scheduled exam -- absolutely unbelievable!

I had a remote proctored exam scheduled with prometric. This process was a nightmare. I went through this long tedious security check with a proctor and then launched the exam. About halfway through the exam I got an error message and was logged off. I had to go through the security check again, relaunch the exam and got an error message again. I went through the long tedious security check again with a different proctor, when we almost finished the process she made me go through it again because I indicated I could not see her at the end. I was able to see her after she made some adjustments on her end, however she said we had to do the full security check again because its 'important that I see her " the whole time. I asked why we had to do this again if she was able to see me the whole time and she could not explain and made me do the full process over again during the same session. I was SO incredibly frustrated. Finally I got done with this process, relaunched the exam..and got an error message. I had to start over again with another security check and another proctor, relaunched the exam, error message. I finally clicked the option to chat with support. No agent ever came on the chat even though it indicated I was "next in line". I called the support # and it said the office was closed.. I called prometric the next business day and was on hold for over an hour. I had to disconnect. I emailed prometric about my issues with the remote proctor and received an automated response. Meanwhile I have studied for this test for months, am ready to take it, and can't reach any one at prometric. They are VERY DIFFICULT to contact if you have any issues.
