Unbelievable... app/website is trash... only thing worse is the customer service. If you talk to somebody online the wait can take over an hour. They dont have answers for anything. My computer which was checked for compatibility did not work because apparently "the website doesnt work well on that model and maybe you should get a new computer." Calling them is even worse and takes even longer. If only their website worked I could have done everything myself. Instead I have to wait on the phone for an hour to talk to somebody. Worst company Ive ever dealt with

This company is a joke been on hold for hours to get rescheduled because of problems with the testing program. Crappy customer service and rerouted multiple times just get it taken care of . I am filing a complaint because when you pay for a service you should be able to accomplish what you are paying for . This is a joke beyond words. Three hours out of my day wasted on hold to get what I paid for and still nothing taken care of . How can a company still be in operation like this worst ever.I called the federal trade commissions and filed a complaint as well I encourage anyone else has had this happen to do so because once they have enough complaints they can investigate the company and shut them down from doing this to anyone else . Also call the state’s attorney general agency as well.

First of all, when I took my AZ life and health exam the people at the testing center were rude and unprofessional and I was charged for fingerprinting on the website with no disclaimers or warnings that it was not available and my card was charged. When I got to the testing center the fingerprinting was not even mentioned and when I asked about it they said they weren't doing it because of COVID... so not only did I have to take my mask off at the desk when checking in to show ID but I also had to take it off for the proctor. I guess it's too dangerous to take a fingerprint which does not involve removing a mask but it's just fine to force me to take my mask off multiple times around other people. It took 3 months for me to get a refund after e-mailing customer service with a complaint. I am now ready to take my Property and Casualty exam and I saw that there is now an online option Great! I paid and wen't to schedule my exam, it asked me for a confirmation number sent to me in an email when I registered. I specifically clicked the link that said send me an email with a confirmation number and it was not sent I checked my promotions, social, searched everywhere nothing. So I call customer service and am informed that online testing does not start until the first of october.. nowhere is that mentioned on the website oh and guess what I can't set it up online I have to call customer service... I don't know if the lady I talked to didn't know what she was talking about or if they truly are that stupid to believe this system is going to work. Guaranteed October 1 rolls around and they will be too swamped to answer my call if this is the case. Horrible Horrible company should not be allowed to exist.

Least effective customer support I have ever experienced. Astoundingly poor technology, and remoting proctoring system is rife with implicit bias and barriers to participation. Mostly, an utter IT disaster.

This company is a ripoff. I showed up to take my test and was turned away with only 3 people taking a dam test in the entire room. This is just a big hustle between them and the state to make money on taking a test. And at 110.00 per test, you can kiss my ass

Horrible online testing software with so many glitches, bugs and incompatibilities. This junk software has led to sooooo many delays, rescheduling and wasted time. Will never use this again!

0/10 Worst test I have ever taken. Took several practice classes (the most recent one for a stable job as an insurance agent) and the exams are much harder than the ones on the practice test! PROMETRIC IS OUT TO SAY "GIVE ME MONEY!!!! "GIVE ME MONEY!!!!" SO YOU CAN PRACTICE FOR THE EXAM AND DO WELL ON THOSE, ONLY TO FAIL THE BIG WHOOP-DE-DO! Prometric are Cash Cows preying on the vulnerable people looking for good jobs.

Never had a worse experience with a company. Thought this would be a good and convenient option to take the test remotely with certain testing centers closed down due to covid. I was wrong. I would rather drive 5 hours to a testing center then to ever have to try and use this terrible system with terrible customer service ever again.
