Terrible Return Policy
Not happy with Prom Dress Shop's return policy. The dresses are expensive enough and because of ordering online, sometimes the dresses do not fit or the style may not be right. Having to return my daughter's dress, we not only had to pay for shipping it back (only by UPS or Fed Ex) but were charged a 15% restocking fee. That turned out to be an extra $60. Ridiculous. If you want more people to order from your online store, do not charge a restocking fee. Will never shop Prom Dress Shop again.

I received the dress with a terrible …
I received the dress with a terrible odor. The dress smells like fish. I also didn't receive any extra beads in case any fell off the dress. Very disappointed.

crappy
the sizes are not true to size, the chat room people are mostly rude, and my dress wasn't even in stock and it took them 4 days to tell me it wasn't. Not a good experience, will not be shopping here again.
