I haven’t been scammed in awhile so I was overdue, I guess. I even fell into the trap of “give our awesome Montessori teachers a tip,” lol! I should have known it was a scam because throughout the purchasing process it asked 500 questions-“would you like to add these flash cards to the order?” …and then subsequent emails “Come back and take a look at this toy.” Ugh, it’s frustrating because one of the gifts I ordered was the main thing my kid asked for, for Christmas. It came, from china, in a beat up box (and bag combo). Don’t order from here.

Customer service from Zoe Bell was great! The product we ordered wasn’t exactly what we expected and she was quick to respond and rectify the situation!

The post office failed to deliver my purchase even though the correct address was on the package. I contacted Project Montessori and within the same day Lilly had responded and was working on a solution. When the package was returned to Project Montessori I was contacted by Harper who made all the arrangements to resend my purchase and correct the error made by the post office. It’s so nice to see a business correct a government error with speed, efficiency and no finger pointing. Maybe USPS should take note of how to care about people. Thank you Lilly and thank you Harper!!!! You rock.

I ordered Toddlers Montessori Instruments package from this company. It is several musical toys in a backpack. Upon arrival I noticed that one of the straps on the backpack is not attached to it- it is defective. I have contacted this company three times with no response or resolution. I am now filing a claim with my credit card company - I don't know what else to do. Additionally, the merchandise is cheaply made crap- the kind you would find on Temu. Not worth the money. Updated 12/5/24. Today Project Montessori asked me to update my review because they did finally give me a refund only after I contacted them about 10 times, provided photos 7 times, chased responses, filed a claim with my credit card company and reviewed them negatively all over the internet. They also claimed that the strap that had never been attached to the backpack was detached during shipping. The truth is, their products are low quality, china made garbage. Don't waste your money or your time. I am not confident in the safety of the toys or the trustworthiness of the company either. They only stood behind their products when they realized I put them on blast. If I could give ZERO stars or NEGATIVE stars, thats what they would get.

Trust what the other reviews are saying here. I received the “Magical Tracing Workbook” and it wasn’t even labeled properly - it was labeled “Pen control hand training Control and Exercises”. Then when I received the rest of my order, the Magic Doodle Board - it didn’t match the photos of the item they sent. And the busy board was so terribly smelling in just the package, I couldn’t open it. I’ve sent emails to the company asking for a return shipping label but have not heard anything back. Unfortunately, I was scammed like many people here and am just hoping that my credit card company will honor the dispute as I have photographic evidence to use in my case.

Would like to thank Harper for the help given. I ordered the Preschool Jigsaw Puzzles 6 pack. The initial order and delivery from China to Australia went ok, but the problems started with the Australian courier company Aramex. I could track the order ok and then the package stopped at a delivery hub well short of where we live. Phoning the very rude company drew few results, but persistent calling from me had them eventually tell me we were out of their delivery area. Project Montessori was very helpful in keeping me informed of the package location and I finally picked up the package 5 weeks after the order was placed. In Australia, I would recommend not using Aramex, but rather use Australia Post.

I had a kids ukulele on my registry for my daughter and a friend bought it for her for my child’s birthday. The item that was sent was a plastic ukelele- made in China with plastic strings- that was falsely advertised on their website. The same guitar is being sold on Temu for about $9-$10. My friend paid $50 on project Montessori. The guitar broke after one day of playing with it and we have tried to tape it and fix it for her. It’s a sad situation. The guitar was supposed to be wood with brass strings. Do not buy from this site. They are false advertising and sending items from Temu/china and hiking the price up about 85%. It is absolutely crazy this company is getting away with this and someone needs to stop it. Their return policy is the item has to be undamaged and unused. So this is just a complete joke basically

Took twice as long as the maximum time quoted for delivery and when it did arrive we were shocked how badly made it was and so flimsy, I would never let a child near this. I asked to return it and after a few emails offering me half the money etc I got my money back.
