Customer Service is awful - do not order from this company
I have reached out to customer service 4 times. Two times there was no response, twice a standard "we received your inquiry" with zero follow up. One of the two items I ordered never made it to me - looks as though it was confirmed ordered but nothing else beyond that. I would not recommend ordering from this company. There is no way to reach them other then email and they do not respond. I have no expectations of receiving the item ordered or of getting my money back (which at this point is what I would prefer since Christmas has come and gone). I'm giving it 2 stars because one time made it and my nephew liked it.

Ordered 1 book on the 3rd December
Ordered 1 book on the 3rd December, received email on the 5th confirming order ready to ship, it's now 18th December heard nothing and still not delivered, no further contact and tracking showing in Transit, so can't review quality of product that hasn't arrived but as far as delivery time frames and communication/updates Not Great.

Poor customer support/refund received
Poor customer support. Expedited shipping not worth the extra cost. I ordered the Montessori Sensory toys and drawstring bag with expedited shipping (3-5 days) so the toys would arrive in time for my visit with my grandson. The toys weren’t even in the U.S. by that time. I sent five emails to the company and still no reply. Perhaps my review will get their attention. UPDATE: my review worked and I received a full refund. Thank you.

Considering I have not gotten one of…
Considering I have not gotten one of the items I ordered. Also when I look at tracking it is coming from CHINA which is not included in the description. I would never have bought it if I had known that. I was looking for quality not cheap.

Not like advertised on Facebook no…
Not like advertised on Facebook no extra pages for stickers all loose, had to assemble everything, hard for autistic grandson have to put stickers in separate bags for each page, missing some for page 5-6
