Drop shipping from Amazon. Fake skin on a website. Completely a scam.

Total scam! You order from them at a marked up price plus shipping and taxes, then they order it from Amazon and send it to you with a gift receipt. Items arrive from amazon! The toys are cheap made in china items that are unsafe. When you go to do the return only the gift receipt bar code works and it gets returned to Amazon at a fraction of the price I paid for it! There is no way to get in touch with the company. So frustrating - will call better business bureau.

After weeks of waiting for my order to be delivered I contacted the company who keep saying they will send/resend my goods but there are delays. They don't follow up to confirm that they are sent or not. I wonder if this is a scam/fraudulent company. They say they have sent some money to my Amex account as an apology, but waiting to see if anything happens.

I don’t know about the quality of the product as I purchased for my grandchildren, but the company’s communication is terrible. I received an order confirmation indicating that I would receive an email when the product shipped and then… nothing. I sent several emails with no response. It wasn’t until I initiated a dispute that I finally got an email saying that the product was delivered. Very frustrating to say the least.
