I ordered the potty chair for my granddaughter. The tracking information I was sent was not accurate so I wrote to Projectmontessori and Harper answered me right away with the correct tracking link. I would order from them again!

Excellent Company
I’ve ordered several products for my granddaughter from Project Montessori and have been pleased with everything. Delivery has been prompt and the quality is excellent. I had difficulty using a discount code, but I contacted customer service and Emily credited my account immediately. Customer service is excellent and I will order from them again.

Project Montessori
These goods are shipped from China and not USA as advertised. I cancelled payment on my order when I couldn’t track it and after reading reviews on this site. Customer service did eventually respond and provide a valid tracking number. The goods arrived as advertised. I am happy with the quality. They also gifted me the goods when I explained why I cancelled order.

UPDATE
UPDATE I contacted customer service and posted a review on the 19th October expressing my dissatisfaction with their poor service, lack of communication and very slow delivery. Persistence paid off and my order arrived in good condition today (23rd October - nearly one month after placing the order) and I’m pleased with the overall quality of the product. Better communication, clear updates and tracking plus speedier delivery would improve the company’s reputation.

Dies ist ein sehr unseriöser Shop
Dies ist ein sehr unseriöser Shop. Meine Stornierung wurde nicht akzeptiert. Eine Retoure wurde abgelehnt, und die Retourenadresse nicht bekannt gegeben. Das Paket kam zu spät und beschädigt an.Dafür Reklame Mailflut. Ein Rabatt wurde angeboten , aber nie an Klarna weitergegeben. Danach Funkstille und keine Reaktion mehr. Die sitzen das aus. Mit Montessori hat die Ware nichts zu tun, sowas findet man bei den einschlägigen China Waren Versandhäusern zu Minipreisen.

No goods received or any response from what looks like a bogus company
I placed an order with this company over a month ago. The tracking data says it is awaiting the carrier. No one at the company responds to me. The website looks good but I now see it is a Chinese company if it is a real company posing as an international brand based in New York. There is no customer services. I don’t think anyone should be using this website.

Still waiting for a delivery
Still waiting for a delivery. I bought through Shopify but I’m not sure if that’s relevant. The shipping updates are misleading and I assume that they are provided by Project Montessori. Won’t use again.

Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible. It takes days to get as response from them, snd then you have no idea if they are bringing truthful, which in my case they were not. The claim to give you a discount for screwing up your order, but really it's a refund for the part of your order they didn't ship. Horrible company
