If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an item from them and what arrived is not what was advertised. They are false advertising, the item pieces are significantly smaller than they look in the image, the colour way is completely different and the quality is awful. I imagine the reviews are fake too! I have messaged to ask for a refund and not heard anything back. Considering they know people are buying for Christmas I think this is appalling.

SHIPS FROM CHINA. Not a US company. Also, ordered a wooden utensil kit for my kid’s play kitchen. Only half of the kit is actually wooden? The saucers and cups feel like they are melamine. I went out of my way to specifically find a wooden set bc my child sucks on EVERYTHING and didn’t want toxic melamine/plastic dishes.

In response to the reviews I read after I placed my order made me ring my credit card company to see if I could cancel my payment, but so far I've been really pleased with the customer service, they responded quickly to my emails and have been very fair. I've been kept informed with progress emails for my order. I'll review again when my order arrives.

I made an order and no confirmation email or tracking information has been sent. The money has been taken out of my account. Multiple emails and messages with no response. It says on their page to send an email to customers(at)projectmontessori.com but they do not respond to your emails.

I ordered 2 toys from Project Montessori before I read the poor Trust Pilot reviews - and was sure that I had made a terrible mistake. However - the goods arrived today (3+ weeks later) and the quality seems OK to be honest. The tracking was from China - the toys are for my Grandson so I will be interested in seeing what he thinks when I next see him!

We got a wooden mosaic puzzle from Project Montessori and very happy with this purchase. The quality is great. Bright colours are great for colour recognition. Details are just perfect for fine motor skills. We will definitely buy from them again.
