I just placed an order and there is…
I just placed an order and there is incorrect information regarding the address and I need to speak to someone immediately. I cannot find a customer service number and the one I did find does not work. I’ve emailed several times with no call back. I want the order and I have paid for this order, but I need to speak to someone immediately. Someone from this, please give me a number that I can reach a live person now. Thank you now that I look at trust pilot I’m a little worried about the reviews so I just need you to call me back now.

Missing items - already charged
I placed an order for 3 items in Sept. one arrived quickly but the other 2 are a no show. I’ve already been charged for all 3. I have responded to them using the email from the order confirmation but crickets

Be persistent and you’ll get help with your order.
I thought I was missing three toy fishing poles for my order. It was very difficult at first getting customer service assistance. However after one week I eventually received assistance. I also realized the missing toys were NOT missing! My error. Harper in customer service had already credited that toy off of my bill. I was told to enjoy the toy as a gift. So started off frustrating but ended with good customer service.

Harper at Montessori was helpful in…
Harper at Montessori was helpful in getting a partial refund on my order that unfortunately will be undeliverable to my old address. It had shipped by the time I caught that somehow my old address was listed. I realize it was my fault for the address error but the was very nice in checking if it had shipped and could get it changed. Finally offering a 50 % refund helps on the order that is lost. Apparently it won't be sent back to them either. Thanks Harper for helping as best you could and answering my questions.

Very similar experience as below. Ordered the creative Christmas tree and other toys quite a while ago and still nothing. Sent 2 emails to the email address they’re referring to and still nothing. Seems a scam, unfortunately.

Scammed
I ordered a creative board and it never arrived. The courier claimed to have delivered it but neither they nor project Montessori could offer any evidence to support that assertion. I wrote to project Montessori and they claimed that as the courier states they’ve delivered, they take no responsibility. So - no money, no item, no evidence, no credibility. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST.

Fraudulent company
I ordered from this company earlier this month and I still haven’t received my package despite emailing 3 times and getting no response! I too saw this company on instagram so thought it was a genuine website. Instagram need to thoroughly check out these companies before allowing them to scam their followers!

Items haven’t arrived
I ordered items from this company and they have not arrived. I will try and get a refund. I think the answer is don’t order from a company you see on instagram. I will try and get a refund through my credit card. I would recommend avoiding this company
