This is not a Canadian company and the merchandise is sent from China. These are poor quality toys and No where near the quality of Montessori toys I have purchased from Amazon. Received my order in cheap packaging and the boxes all crushed. Had purchased for a gift but looks like old, used toys. Would not recommend.

I’m not sure why I received an email to review an item that I still haven’t received. I’ve sent several emails asking for an update, but I never received a response I placed my order on January 5th and I’m still waiting

Their customer service is over the top! I ordered a toy for my 7 month old grandson. It broke 3 weeks after Christmas. They’re sending me a replacement!!

This is a total scam shop - they sell further cheap, toxic toys bought off Temu. I wanted to buy hight quality toys for my child and was willing to pay more for the quality, but received mouldy, broken, poor quality plastic toys that smell of toxic plastic.

Absolutely terrible quality. Does the Montessori brand know about this? My ordered toys cost a fortune and I put them straight in the bin when they arrived as I would not give them to my grandson. Totally rip off Chinese rubbish. Avoid. AND took a month to arrive.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the experience you’ve had with your recent order. It’s disheartening to hear that our products did not meet your expectations. We hope you can send us an email at [email protected] so we can make it right for you. As for the shipping delay, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, some items became temporarily unavailable during the holiday season, and a few packages were delayed due to the high volume of shipments during the holiday rush. This is not the experience we strive to provide, and we are actively working to improve our processes to prevent such delays in the future. Please reach out to our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you further. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your trust in our brand. Thank you!

Not a British company or indeed American as on the website. Items arrived from China with Chinese writing on the learning wooden alphabet and word box, not as shown on the website. Items will probably be played with but overpriced and could probably be bought for at least half the price. No instructions in either of the items I bought and no company name on the cheap boxes. I’ve been well and truly ripped off.

If I could give one star, I would. It took over a month for my order to arrive so it arrived after Christmas. What was sent to me was completely different from the photos on the website. I received cheap junk from China that is not worth the price I paid for it. The items have nothing to do with the Montessori school. I found the items that were sent to me on Amazon for about a 1/4 of what I paid for them. I could not get customer services to agree to a refund if I sent the items back. I wish I had read the other Trust Pilot reviews before I ordered from this website.

Hello, We’re very sorry for the delay in your order, which was most likely due to the holiday rush and some of our items going out of stock. We understand how disappointing it was for your order to arrive after Christmas and that the items did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide high-quality, Montessori-aligned products, and we regret that this was not reflected in your experience. Please reach out to us once again at [email protected] so we can resolve your concerns better and assist with a refund or replacement. Thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate the opportunity to make things right.

SCAM, DO NOT ORDER!If I could give ZERO stars I would. I tried to cancel the item within minutes of purchasing and they ignored my request and started processing the order. After my 2nd request to cancel and get refunded, they created a "shipping number." This is their scam to make you think it's too late to cancel without having to pay them the shipping costs to return the item, (according to their refund policy) I am waiting for PayPal to resolve the issue.

Hello Alicia, We’re truly sorry for your experience and the frustration this has caused you. We assure you that we are not scamming our customers. The delay in responding to your cancellation request was due to a high volume of emails during the holiday season, which impacted our response times. We understand your concerns about the shipping and cancellation process. We would like to inform you that we have successfully intercepted the shipping and canceled your order. We have also issued the refund back into your account. If you have further concerns, you may send us another email at [email protected]. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
