I had a very positive experience when I reached out to this company with questions about my purchases, shipping updates, etc. Responses were prompt, courteous, helpful, and from a real human being! Customer Service Representative even followed up to make sure all concerns were resolved. Well done!

Wonderful, responsive customer service! We were concerned about a delivery delay, but the representative kept a check on things and stayed in touch with us, and our order arrived right on time for our granddaughter’s birthday! We’re so thankful to find this store!

I feel this company is a scam _ cannot be contacted except by email. They accepted my order and took my money saying it was ready for dispatch. 9 days later -I get an email to say the product is unavailable and they will refund the money. At time of writing this - the money has not yet appeared in my account. What I’m most upset about (besides the possible loss of money) is the time they took to inform me. This was to be a present for my grand-daughter for Easter and now if I send something - it won’t get there in time. Why can’t these scam companies that hide behind the name of legitimate companies be taken down. VERY disappointed and annoyed

Vorsicht!! Die Spielsachen sind leider sehr minderwertig und schlecht verarbeitet. Auf dem Karton stand ja auch Made in China. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Zudem bekam ich nur eine Teillieferung, als ich eine email an die Firma schrieb, dass sie den Rest stornieren können, bekam ich keine Antwort.

We received our order of 11 instruments My little 6 month granddaughter was immediately engaged My son is a musician He loved playing with her picking up all the different instruments totally engaging her with each sound She will certainly grow into enjoying all them, especially when she’s sharing it all with her musical daddy!

This is the 3rd time I’ve had an issue with Project Montessori toys. They obviously deal with third party vendors that are mainly produced and shipped from overseas, specifically China. They obviously deal quality of products are fair, but they give you an unrealistic timeline. They say you product will be shipped in 10-12 days or some equivalent and what that means when and if they do ship it, that’s the time of when or if it makes it to the US and get through customs. I will never buy another Montessori product online again. Shop local or do your research into how long before you receive your purchase. They will never give you an accurate timeline.
