Deceiving
Ordered the creative board. Website said located in the United States, but it actually came from China, which took forever. The wood box is cheaply made. Glad I got it on sale, because it was definitely not worth the original price. Would not buy from them again.

Ich hatte also beide Artikel gekauf. Sehr Trickreich um nicht zu sagen frech !

Evidently, being shipped from CHINA with delays!!
I, like many of you, ordered on December 9th...thinking the present would be under the tree on Christmas Day. I checked the company address & thought since was located in the U.S., 15 day delivery would not be a problem. No where on the site did it say the gift was being shipped from CHINA! I would not have purchased it because I know the delays can be very long. The last several days tracking says "on route". Maybe the quality of the 10 instruments will be good...but it is not there for Christmas....which was the point. I have heard nothing back yet. It is the 24th. So, I am not happy.

Hello Karen, We apologize for the delay in your order and any confusion about the shipping origin. Due to the holiday rush and high demand, some items were shipped from international warehouses, leading to longer delivery times. We understand how disappointing it is that your gift did not arrive in time for Christmas, and we regret any inconvenience this has caused. If your issue hasn't been resolved, kindly reach us at [email protected] so we can make things right for you. Your feedback is important, and we are working to improve our service. Thank you for your understanding.

Changed review to positive
I wrote a very bad review a few days ago but to be fair the company have come back to me and I have received a 50% discount for the items and retained the toys . They were very apologetic and have restored my faith . The previous order a few weeks ago were of really good quality and my grandson loves them . So my advice would be to steer away from the plastic toys and buy the wooden ones .

Placed an order on the 9th of December…
Placed an order on the 9th of December which was supposed to be Christmas presents but it’s now the 23rd and they still haven’t arrived. Apparently it left HK on the 19th yet it still hasn’t updated as being in the U.K. so it’s a pretty long flight. The website seems like it’s U.K. and there is nothing to say when ordering that your delivery is coming from china. Avoid at all costs, who knows if the order will ever arrive. Edit: my order eventually arrived and it’s the worst possible quality. Absolutely avoid.
