Only been using it for 3 days. Haven't seen remarkably improvement yet. However, I have confident the machine should give a noticeable result later Let me try for another week to see the improvement.......

I purchased in November and consider myself a power user, because I use it daily on a routine week. I've had two issues, one with the charger failing and just recently, the mask fastening becoming lose and I'm not only impressed but in awe of how I was treated like a VIP customer without question and parts were speedily replaced. I would purchase from this company again without hesitation.

Great Product

The mask is actually painful because all the weight rests on your nose. I tried laying down with it as well but that didn’t help much either. I’ll probably return this mask if I can’t figure out a solution to make the nose area more comfortable. Otherwise this mask is easy to use with the two settings and turns off automatically for you when the time is up. Everything else was great and the shipping was fast.
