Content Customer I bought the mesotherapy wand to try high-tech beauty at home. I am very pleased with my purchase. I noticed an improvement. The first improvement as that my skin texture has improved. I can get by with NOT wearing foundation. A light powder is good. I was informed that there was a promotional gift with my purchase that was not issued due to transaction error. The customer service is excellent. I am happy with my product. I havent tried it. Parcel just arrived today. It look sturdy. After i fully charge the control box , then i will try to use it.. Hopefully it can resolve my skin concern without giving me side effects. Thanks

Ordered a blue/red light laser device a few months ago. Ordering process was seamless and package arrived quickly. Was then contacted by a customer service rep about a free product that I didn't receive when I placed my original order; rep confirmed my address and shipped the free full-sized sample to me at no charge! Have only used it for a few days so can't comment on its effectiveness just yet, but I do think the blue/red light therapy are helping to calm my hormonal acne and lighten the scarring. Very happy with both interactions I've had with this company thus far.

I’ve been using my red light mask consistently, and I love it! I mainly use the red and blue light settings, and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin. The red light helps with collagen production and fine lines, while the blue light targets breakouts and inflammation. Since incorporating it into my routine, my skin looks clearer, more even-toned, and overall healthier.

I'm in week 2 if using the Luma lux face and neck mask. So far all is good. I am starting to get fine lines and marionatte lines so this is the reason for my purchase. It's a bit early to see any noticeable changes o those, but my skin does feel great and looks brighter already. From purchase to delivery and after sale, the customer service has been amazing. They are responsive and very helpful.

I have to be honest: I’m getting older. I don’t have many blackheads or breakouts. I use sunscreen and moisturizer and I bought the lumalux pro mask for my complexion to help with building collagen and evening my skin tone. I tried Botox like a couple of my friends, but I didn’t want to inject a toxin into my face for the rest of my life. It has been almost 6 months since I used Botox. FYI, Botox only lasts 4 months for most people anyway. However, my skin looks very smooth and yesterday I saw a friend who just said I had ´enviable’ skin which made me feel really good. I have been using it pretty consistently several times weekly for the last couple of months and I’m very pleased with the results. The customer service from the company has been superb.
