I have given this 3 stars as I've only just unbound the product. Seems okay, great packaging and light weight mask (holding with hands not on face). A little disappointed as it was advertised with having the gel included which hasn't arrived with the face mask.

Very happy bunny. I compleatly missed the fact that I could have ordered a complementary bottle of the lift and plump hydration gel when I ordered my mask!!! After a couple of weeks of using my mask with the admittedly (very small) complementary pump of hydration gel I really liked the result. I was literally about to order more of the gel when I got an email to say I had missed out on ordering the gel when I ordered my mask and would I like them to send it to me for free. I of course said yes please, filled out the gel order and to my suprise got a much!!!! larger pump bottle of gel within a week. Now even more of a very happy bunny. Thanks guys x

Great product as well as costumer service

I came to Project E Beauty to purchase a Microdermabrasion wand. I noticed an improvement to my after the first use and it has continued improving since. My forehead is super smooth now! Also, a little while ago I received an email from them explaining that I had been eligible for a free gift with my order but hadn’t claimed it. They confirmed my address and sent me a moisturising serum/cream thing that works like a charm!

Good communication, swift delivery, and so far, I'm pleased with the product.
