Good printer and great after sales tech support. This is very important. Reached out to tech support several times and every time was able to get answers to all my questions and fix all my issues. Engineers and customer service were very helpful. All communication was in proper English and supported with videos and images. Very happy with my experience with Procolored team and product

We’re a small organisation and started off using the L1800 printer. It worked, but as demand grew, we needed something faster and more reliable. Upgrading to the Procolored 13″ Dual-Heads DTF Pro A3 Printer + Oven has been a game changer. The print speed is much faster, the quality is excellent, and the dual XP600 heads really make a difference. The white ink circulation system has prevented clogging, and the auto-clean feature saves us time. We’ve also had to use the after-sales support for a couple of software issues (our own mistakes), and they were helpful and took over our laptop to fix the issue meaning the issue was resolved quickly — a real bonus. Everything we needed was included in the bundle, and setup was straightforward. For a small business like ours, it’s been brilliant value and a big step forward. Highly recommended!
