Whenever it comes to Procolored customer service it’s by far the best customer service I’ve had with all my printers I have. They always answer very fast and help me fix my problems if I ever have any. They also give me tips on how to do maintenance my printer to keep it running. My first printer I had for about 3-4 years and it’s still running amazing. I just purchased my second one recently and I couldn’t be more excited!

I had just received my printer and got it set up, but it wasn't working. Once I was able to get connected with the engineers, we went through everything. There were only minor adjustments that needed to be made, but I felt a lot better knowing the engineer looked over all areas and continued on with me until I was able to print out a couple pictures!
