I ordered the K8 and waited quite a while for it to arrive, likely because I’m in Canada. I had issues right from the start, but I’m not sure why so many people say they’re having trouble with support—my experience has been the opposite. Their team walked me through the troubleshooting process multiple times and never gave up on me, even when I was getting frustrated. Long-term performance is still to be seen, but replacement parts are already on the way. I do wish there was a repair or service location here in Canada for faster turnaround. For reference, my main issue was the white ink not aligning properly.

The engineer did a great job on getting the printer to print correctly and help fix a software bug that was stopping me from running my pro rip software. I was truly impressed with his service thinking I would be down and not able to print for some time.
