I contacted support to install the new parts of my machine, and they were extremely helpful and friendly. They immediately understood the problem and helped me solve it.

I recently purchased this printer and it is amazing. I had some difficulties at first but, tech support was very patient in helping me resolve the issue. I can't wait to start printing and have fun making shirts.

I needed help with my procolored curing oven and Kacey helped me get to the right person and she replied very quickly! The tech person who helped me through the process was very helpful with instructions and videos of what to do and everything went smoothly!

The setup was surprisingly easy, smooth, and beginner-friendly, even for someone brand new to DTF. The print quality is amazing, the workflow is intuitive, and everything about the machine feels thoughtfully designed. Customer service deserves its own set of 5 stars! The technical engineers are top-notch — a true chef’s kiss. Tony jumped right in when I needed help, handled my issue with genuine care, and guided me with patience and concern. Truly outstanding service! If you’re hesitant, don’t be. The K13 Lite is worth every bit — she’s beautiful, powerful, and so much easier than she looks. I’m officially obsessed! 💖✨
